It was encouraging to hear about past projects! It was great to see how the the hard work put into the class produced a real project in the end. It was also helpful learning about the unforeseen difficulties that each of the projects faced to be better able to anticipate what can go differently as expected in our own project.
The Safe Schools in Peru project goes to show that a technical answer to a problem is almost never the entire answer. This project had to consider social, educational, and technical implications together. This is a good thing to keep in mind while working on our own project.
